Hydraulic goods only lift with four cylinders. TC 4C is an extremely powerful heavy load lift. With its four cylinders, the elevator is ready to lift the goods together with the forklift truck. The start configuration is a flat deck platform with a "hold to run" operation. The highest equipment level is a fully closed cargo cabin with industrial cargo doors for the floors and a "push to go" operation. It complies with the machinery directive 2006/42/EC.

Models D1 and D2 (Door 1 side hinged or Door 2 side hinges) are industrial lift doors made via a new technology without welding. The locks and the hinges are outside the door for a 180-degree opening. The door complies with ЕN81-20 and EN 81-50. The door lock has a CE mark for safety regarding Lifts Directive 2014/33/EU or 2006/42/EC. The model D1H (Door 1 side hinged Half) is suitable for the installation on the last floor. The door model DFF (Door Fire Fight) is fireproof with protection class EI 60 or EI 120, according to EN 1634-1, EN 1363-1, and EN13501-2.
The door model FR (Fast Rolling) is a fast industrial rolling door with 2 lines of transparent labels for observations. It complies with 2006/42/EC. The door model 6C is a central opening sliding door in compliance with ЕN81-20 and EN 81-50. The model 4C FF is a fireproof, automatic sliding door in compliance with EN81-58, class E120, EW60, IE30 and IE120.
The platform has one protection on the side of the guide rails. The rest three sides are free for loading or railing.
The lift's cabin is a fully enclosed steel construction. It is a state-of-the-art option. Use this option so the lift becomes resistant to breaking due to incorrect operation.

With the ramp, the lift can be installed directly on the floor. It is not necessary to dig a pit below the floor. It is advisable to use an electric pallet truck to load the lift. Despite the small incline of roughly three degrees, manually pushing a load heavier than 500 kg on a ramp is a challenge.
Standart TC lifts are manufactured with 1 speed gear. The lifting force comes from the pressure in the hydraulic pump via a hydraulic cylinder. The descent is caused by gravity and it is controlled by an electrical valve. 1 speed gear lifts has +- 7 mm accuracy of stopping before the ground level. With the creeping speed option, the accuracy of stopping can be increased to +- 3 mm. The descending speed is also increased. Standart TC 1500 is manufactured with creeping speed. This option is recomendable for TC 1000 and TC 500.
The self-supporting column replaces the concrete wall needed to anchor the lift's guide rails.
The movable barrier is best for using carts which load won't be unloaded.
1) Railing (Balustrade). 2) An open movable barrier. 3) Concrete wall for the guide rails or a self-supporting column. 4) Closed movable barrier . 5) Ramp instead of a pit.
IP 53 is the standard protection class for the TC industrial lift. The lift power stations have IP 43. If you plan to install the lift outdoor or in an aggressive environment, you need better protection.
